Jitender Aggarwal is a pioneering figure and senior leader in India’s infrastructure equipment rental industry. As the Chairman and Managing Director of AGGCON Equipments International Limited, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the sector since founding the company in 2003. Known for his visionary leadership, he has been instrumental in promoting the concept of equipment rental, emphasizing its benefits to bolster the infrastructure sector with efficiency and excellence.
A staunch advocate for aligning India’s equipment rental industry with global standards, Mr. Aggarwal is committed to driving awareness, building capacities, and integrating best practices to meet the evolving demands of the infrastructure sector.
Recently, Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari gave the “Excellence in Infrastructure Equipment Rental Services” Award to Jitender Aggarwal, CMD, AGGCON Equipments International at the ABP Live India Infrastructure Conclave & Awards 2024 in New Delhi.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Aggarwal is deeply dedicated to environmental sustainability. In 2023, he launched the ‘Tree of Friendship’ mission for LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment), a nationwide afforestation campaign addressing climate change. Under his leadership, the initiative has planted over one lakh trees at various locations across India.
Mr. Aggarwal is also a founding member of the Construction Equipment Rental Association (CERA), which represents India’s infrastructure equipment rental industry both nationally and internationally. Under his guidance, CERA has become a proud member of the Global Rental Alliance (GRA).
Mr. Aggarwal’s contributions to the industry have earned him recognition on international platforms. He has represented India at the International Rental Exhibition and the European Rental Association (ERA) Convention in Maastricht, Netherlands. In 2023, he was part of the Indian Business Delegation to BRICS 2023 in South Africa and represented India’s infrastructure equipment rental industry at G20 EMPOWER under India’s G20 Presidency.
Most recently, in 2024, Mr. Aggarwal represented the industry at the Nepal Investment Summit in New Delhi, jointly organized by the Government of Nepal and PHDCCI.

Saurabh Sanyal brings over 28 years of distinguished experience, including extensive service with the Indian Army, along with leadership experience in business management, engineering, disaster mitigation, and industry associations. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad, M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, and an M.Sc. in Disaster Mitigation from Sikkim Manipal University. He has held senior leadership positions, including CEO and Secretary General of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and currently serves as the Secretary General of ASSOCHAM. His diverse experience in leadership, strategic management, and institutional development brings valuable perspective to the Board.

Dheeraj Sharma is a Non-Executive and Independent Director with 14 years of experience in the consulting industry. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan. Rajeev Srivastava is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience in financial management, cost accounting, corporate governance, and strategic finance. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, he holds qualifications in Commerce, Cost Accountancy (FCMA), Company Secretarial Practice (ACS), Law (LL.B.), and an MBA in Finance. He has served as Director (Finance) & CFO of a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking and has worked with a reputed cost accounting firm, advising MNCs and PSUs across the power, telecom, electronics manufacturing, defence, and other sectors.An Indian Air Force veteran, Mr. Srivastava brings strong leadership, financial expertise, discipline, and governance experience to his role.

She possesses strong expertise in Company Law, SEBI Regulations, FEMA compliances, Secretarial Audit and other corporate governance requirements, with a proven ability to independently manage and oversee critical secretarial functions. As Vice President, he spearheads the company’s equipment rental and operational strategy, driving fleet productivity, asset utilization, business growth, and expansion of the company’s B2B footprint across India. His career spans prominent organizations including HD Hyundai Construction Equipment India, Caterpillar India (SGP-Asia Region), FINE EQUIPMENTS, Quippo, Aquarius Engineers, and Punj Lloyd. He has played a pivotal role in rental business development, network expansion, and large-scale equipment operations. With deep industry expertise and a strong strategic perspective, he is recognized for building high-performing operations, optimizing rental portfolios, and delivering sustainable growth in the capital equipment and infrastructure sectors.
