Shri Jitender Aggarwal is a prominent leader and industry advocate in India’s infrastructure equipment rental sector. As the Chairman & Managing Director of AGGCON Equipments International Limited, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and advancing the role of equipment rental in India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure ecosystem.
Since establishing AGGCON in 2003, Mr. Aggarwal has championed equipment rental as an important enabler of efficient and sustainable infrastructure development. Under his leadership, AGGCON has grown from its early foundations into a leading infrastructure equipment rental company, serving major infrastructure and construction projects across India.
Shaping the Rental Industry
Mr. Aggarwal has consistently advocated for the formalisation, professionalisation and globalisation of India’s equipment rental industry. He has worked to build greater awareness of the strategic benefits of equipment rental, including improved asset utilisation, operational efficiency and access to specialised equipment.
He is also committed to bringing Indian rental practices closer to global standards, encouraging knowledge exchange, capacity building and the adoption of international best practices across the sector.
His contribution to the industry was recognised in 2024, when he received the “Excellence in Infrastructure Equipment Rental Services” Award at the ABP Live India Infrastructure Conclave & Awards in New Delhi. The award was presented by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways.
Building Industry Institutions
Mr. Aggarwal is a founding member of the Construction Equipment Rental Association (CERA), an organisation representing India’s infrastructure equipment rental industry at national and international forums.
Through his industry engagement, he has supported closer collaboration between the Indian rental industry and international organisations, including the Global Rental Alliance (GRA), with the objective of encouraging global knowledge sharing and the adoption of modern rental practices.
His international engagements have included participation at the International Rental Exhibition and the European Rental Association (ERA) Convention in Maastricht, Netherlands. He has also represented the Indian infrastructure equipment rental sector at international and multilateral platforms, including the BRICS Business Delegation in South Africa in 2023, BRICS Summit 2026 and G20 EMPOWER during India’s G20 Presidency.
Sustainability & Social Responsibility
Beyond business and industry development, Mr. Aggarwal has placed strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and responsible growth. In 2023, he launched AGGCON’s “Tree of Friendship” Mission for LiFE (Lifestyle for Environment) as an environmental initiative to encourage tree plantation, nurture ecological responsibility and contribute towards reducing carbon footprints.
The initiative has grown into a nationwide movement, with trees being planted at project sites and distributed to individuals and organisations to encourage wider participation in environmental conservation.

Mr. Aggarwal’s work has received recognition across industry and business forums. His leadership and contribution to the infrastructure equipment rental sector have been acknowledged through various industry honours, including recognition from the Builders Association of India (BAI) and ASSOCHAM, among others.
He has also participated in platforms focused on strengthening business and infrastructure cooperation, including the Nepal Investment Summit, where he represented the infrastructure equipment rental industry.

Mr. Saurabh Sanyal

Saurabh Sanyal brings over 28 years of distinguished experience, including extensive service with the Indian Army, along with leadership experience in business management, engineering, disaster mitigation, and industry associations. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IMT Ghaziabad, M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras, and an M.Sc. in Disaster Mitigation from Sikkim Manipal University. He has held senior leadership positions, including CEO and Secretary General of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and currently serves as the Secretary General of ASSOCHAM. His diverse experience in leadership, strategic management, and institutional development brings valuable perspective to the Board.

An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, he holds qualifications in Commerce, Cost Accountancy (FCMA), Company Secretarial Practice (ACS), Law (LL.B.), and an MBA in Finance. He has served as Director (Finance) & CFO of a Government of India Public Sector Undertaking and has worked with a reputed cost accounting firm, advising MNCs and PSUs across the power, telecom, electronics manufacturing, defence, and other sectors.An Indian Air Force veteran, Mr. Srivastava brings strong leadership, financial expertise, discipline, and governance experience to his role.

He has played a pivotal role in rental business development, network expansion, and large-scale equipment operations. With deep industry expertise and a strong strategic perspective, he is recognized for building high-performing operations, optimizing rental portfolios, and delivering sustainable growth in the capital equipment and infrastructure sectors.
