Team & Benefits– We have a team of 500 employees with machine operators. We are sponsorship of “Beti bachao beti padhao” Promoted by government of Haryana. Company employees also get privileges for school fees of Girl Child Education & on Birth of girl child employee’s also getting special cash incentive of Rs. 10,000/- and Female staff also getting contribution for their marriage by company.

Corporate Social Responsibility– With every business comes the responsibility. AGGCON focusses on ESG – Environmental, Social and Governance concerns. AGGCON works for the communities wherever it operates.
AGGCON’s CSR Organization is AMDRK (Aggarwal Mishri Devi Radha Kishan Charitable Trust).

Tree of Friendship for LiFE

AGGCON always cares for sustainable development and environment. We started a green practice of planting a tree at a project site all over India, where our machines operate. Tree is a beautiful friend and heals the earth, makes it a better place for everyone.
It is an effort to sensitize people to plant tree and care for environment. Therefore, our team at every project site plants a tree, befriends the tree, waters it, and nurtures it and ensures it grows.
We gift a plant to every visitor at our Head Office with a request to plant it in earth within a week, nurture it and help it grow.

EWOT – Empowering Women of Tomorrow
Women empowerment is an important focus area in AGGCON’s CSR policy. AGGCON also runs a special programme for empowering Women – EWOT (Empowering Women of Tomorrow). AGGCON always celebrates the birth of a girl child in the family of its team members and gives a cheque Rs 10000 to the team member on the birth of daughter. In addition to it, we also ensure free education to daughters of all our employees. AGGCON runs training sessions for women team members to prepare them for bigger roles in the industry. Physical & mental Health: AGGCON promotes sports and India as a sport playing nation as we believe sports is essential for physical and mental well-being of people. We recently sponsored 5th PHDCCI Golf Tourism Conclave and tournament at Ahmedabad. AGGCON also has its own cricket team.

Other Prominent CSR activities

AGGCON has been vehemently motivating team members to use bicycles for coming to office as these little ways help in reducing carbon footprints and for promoting good health. To promote the importance of cycling, we give incentive to our team members for being a non-polluter and for contributing to society in reducing carbon footprints.
Contributed Rs 11 Lakh to PM Cares Fund on PM Narendra Modi’s birthday.
In 2022, it has contributed Rs 75 Lakhs as part of their CSR policy during the Sewa Pakhwada on 17th September – 2nd Oct 2022 towards the PM Cares Fund, Swachh Bharat Kosh and National Defence Fund (for the welfare of our soldiers). In 2023, AGGCON also contributed Rs 5 Lakhs towards Assam CM Relief Fund.
AGGCON recently, installed water coolers and water filters in schools and places of worships in places where the team was working – West Bengal, Jammu. Haryana and other states.
For promoting mental health, AGGCON contributes to Art of Living foundation for creating a stress-free society. We also contributed to Hare Krishna Foundation.
AGGCON also renovated the kids playing room at Police Station for the minor children of parents who are allegedly involved in domestic violence cases.
