Social Goals

Our Social goals are well defined as AGGCON’s CSR policy includes doing at least one community service project at every project site or near it within three months of starting work at a site to ensure giving back to society from where we earn. We undertake CSR activities at the project sites wherever we work all over India. Under our CSR projects we have installed drinking water coolers in school for children, at temples, ashrams and sitting benches, and various other things based on the need of people around the site. AGGCON also celebrates birthdays and anniversaries of operators at sites as they generally work in remote areas and are alone.

EWOT – Empowering Women of Tomorrow
Women empowerment is an important focus area in AGGCON’s CSR policy. AGGCON
also runs a special programme for empowering Women – EWOT (Empowering Women of Tomorrow) and support Beti Bachao Beti Padhao programme. AGGCON always celebrates the birth of a girl child in the family of its team members and gives a cheque Rs 10000 to the team member on the birth of daughter. In addition to it, we also ensure free school education to daughters of all our employees.
We also contribute in the marriages of our team members including operators. AGGCON
runs training sessions for women team members to prepare them for bigger roles in the rental industry.
Physical & Mental Health: AGGCON promotes sports and India as a sport playing
nation as we believe sports is essential for physical and mental well-being of people.
We recently sponsored 5th PHDCCI Golf Tourism Conclave and tournament at
Ahmedabad. AGGCON also has its own cricket team.
